    I doubt there is any single person who can do much to improve MARTA. It’s less an issue with how MARTA handles itself and more an issue with how the city and people of the city view MARTA.

    There have been so many proposals to expand MARTA that get voted down by the people. Only way MARTA could become a world class transit system is if it was forced on the people. And I just don’t see that happening. Because those people would never get voted into office.
