These investigations are like when someone pulls a tweet up from a celebrity, who’s just caught a big break, back dating the tweet from 10 years ago, just so they get cancelled.

why are they now going after all these things that were years ago and have very little impact on the broader league?

ffs at least show some progress on the City case

So they basically decided no action needed to be taken when the offence was supposedly committed but now they think it looks politically good for them, they will re investigate and might come to a different conclusion?

Chelsea’s alleged attempts at economic slavery and City allegedly cheating to win the league for years is going into the long grass isn’t it?

Anything that keeps their precious brand, Sky sponsorship and “fans of the future” hey?

FA probably want to strip Portsmouth of the 2008 FA Cup to prove they will take action - just as long as it’s not against a big successful team. (Although Defoe didn’t play in that side as he was cup tied)

Oh God PUNISH Tottenham. Not an unlicensed agent dear lord. That means Tottenham should win every game for the next 10 Years. PL is run by idiots who did nothing for 15 years and now what to go back In time to puckish clubs over inane issues like this. Stick to the fraud of City, Everton and Chelsea please

Why is all this coming out during this last international break? It’s been nothing but stories like this, they knew all this but why now all of a sudden they are making noise about it?

Chelsea is difficult as it’s a different ownership and the premier league facilitated its sale heavily. It would have to involve the premier league openly admitting it made a mistake, which is never going to happen haha

It’s not difficult, the new owners bought Chelsea including it’s trophy wins and it’s skeletons

They will/should be punished in exactly the same was as though the new owners committed any infringement they are found guilty of

Haven’t they got better things to be doing now, like looking at City, Chelsea and ManU deals?

Are they going to dock Portsmouth or Spurs points? They both dealt with the agent… they must have.
