US homeless population: 770,000

US millionaire population: 6.9 million

Stats from statista, and scrutinisable but ballpark accurate. Is 770,000 much too high? yes.

    It wouldn’t surprise me if the numbers were similar (afterall, most homeless are not perennially so), but still.
