So very right. Forcing myself to ādo fewer thingsā and go to bed earlier, and give myself the chance of getting enough sleep makes such a difference. Of course, it helps that Iām old and boring now, so going to bed early isnāt missing out on anything fun :)
Itās very noticeable how all my misfunctioning is much worse if Iām underslept or underfed.
