    The pink areas show where it is illegal to build denser housing (and most of the non-pink areas aren’t zoned for residential use at all). What the fuck do you people expect to happen to prices when demand increases and you literally outlaw increasing supply to meet it?!

    I’m not saying the asshats in the Gold Dome aren’t corrupt, but the NIMBYs are 1000x worse in terms of their contribution to the problem.
