Trouble is they’ve made all the laws so subjective that any and every call can be given in either way short of a player catching the ball and running with it Webb Ellis style. They’d solve 95% of issues with getting rid of the “interfering with play” part of offside. If you’re off when the pass or shot comes in, chalked off.
