It doesn’t matter if they do or not. The IFAB rules state it is only a hand ball if the players arm has made their body unnaturally bigger. This means to justify this penalty the referee has to be saying that Tino’s arm movement is clearly and obviously (VAR) not justified by the fact he is running. So the way his arm is has to not be considered a natural way to run. Which begs the question, how the fuck should a player run?

People have this idea that they’re just out of form and because they are still winning, it means when they are in form they will be winning even more. That’s just not how it works, you return to your average over time. Right now their results make them look better than they are and they will start drawing/losing more until Ten Hag becomes a better manager or Rashford does that thing where he pretends he’s a good player for 10 games
