He was imperfect and yes he did rule a bit through fear. However, I’d rather focus on his many positive contributions. He may have gone too far but it was not malicious. He wanted order and respect. You ask most of the lower paid staff who worked under him and they are effusive in their praise. He didn’t like egotism and vanity ruining harmony.

He was flawed but probably better than many in that documentary.
