I appreciate them trying to be more transparent.
I respect that they are attempting to inform the viewer of the sorts of things that go into tough decisions.
It feels a bit too much like they are patting their own asses on the back, though. I haven’t heard enough “this is why we feel we fucked up”, or self-reflection on how the process can improve.
