The footage (and words) are based on a bad translation of Zero Wing though, that part is definitely correct.

Its about the environment and content being brand safe vs honest and genuine. We are not punished for scaring an advertiser or thereathing revenue as there is none by design.
4chan is just an extreme example as they are pretty much the same website as a decade ago because they didn’t have the chance for greed call the shots due to their reputation. No one went over there to fuck it up beacue they couldn’t farm the users without stepping in shit.
