I think you don’t realise the other clubs haven’t been punished yet. Evertons was a very simple, clear cut and dry issue where they acknowledged they broke the rules, but yet it still took 8 months. Other clubs have many more charges, span more years, vehemently deny the charges, is much older and have 1000x more documents to go through.
They can’t be angry that their simple charge was dealt with faster than other clubs whose charges are hundreds times harder and longer to build a case for. That’s just stupid.
They also had losses of 371.8m over a 3 year period instead of the allowed 105m.
Everton were working with the FA for years, were told how close they were to breaking it, yet they still spent knowing that they will break it. Its on nobody but Evertons owners.

West Ham? Yes. A few other teams that aren’t title rivals or rivals in any form, yes. Manchester United? No. Chelsea? No. Liverpool? No.

It’s clear that they cherry pick the incidents to review. What’s the criteria for them reviewing just 1 or 2 incidents and ignore the other 20 from that weekend? It’s highly suspect.

City have one of the smallest squads in the league. Not sure how true it is this season, but in the past few seasons City did have the smallest squad in the league. But every player is tactically masterful and can play in multiple positions. Plus Pep Guardiola and their excellent coaching staff can coach the players to play in different formations for when needed.
