Summary

Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Zelenskyy had a heated argument during an Oval Office meeting that ended with Zelenskyy leaving without signing a planned bilateral agreement.

Despite the diplomatic breakdown, Ukrainians rallied around Zelenskyy, praising him for standing firm on Ukraine’s interests against pressure from Trump and JD Vance, who criticized him for lacking gratitude for previous U.S. support.

While Moscow officials were delighted by the apparent rift, many Ukrainians viewed Zelenskyy as defending their country’s dignity during the 3-year Russian invasion.

Yeah. Nobody is sorry enough unless they change their behavior. America’s apologies aren’t even substantial enough to wipe one’s own ass with until and unless we ACT to PUNISH THE FASCISTS. CORPORALLY. CAPITALLY. PERMANENTLY.

It’s important for everyone to understand that this ambush was planned. The petty old shitbag still blames President Zelensky for not caving to his extortion attempt in 2019, and for his subsequent impeachment. The bloated felon should be in prison instead of the Oval Office, and he’ll never forgive Zelensky for being a genuinely beloved man of true strength and integrity.

The entire objective of this reprehensible spectacle was to suck up to Russia while humiliating President Zelensky on camera, and just like all trump’s moronic schemes, it backfired.

Absolutely wild that Trump and Vance thought they could just intimidate a guy that has been completely unshakeable through the last three years of what Zelenskyy has dealt with

They lack empathy, so they also lack the ability to understand what others go through. Both have been coddled their entire lives.

They are children with enough money to have a say in a war. They don’t understand what war is. Not really. At some point they will say the wrong thing to the wrong person and it won’t end well. Not for them, not for America, not for the rest of us. They think they are in charge but they are not. Putin will kill them both without a second thought if he thought he’d get away with it. They genuinely don’t know the danger they are in, and Musk wearing his kid like a bullet proof vest won’t save him either.

They need to be taken down before that happens. So either get protesting, America, or get another Luigi. The only choice now is who takes down Trump and if America goes with him.

What they tried is a common way of “negotiating” in russia so he’s used to it.

You just know that Trump is going to have to say and do some batshit wild stuff to distract us from this.

    What next?

My money is on claiming Antarctica as US land because of …uh… Ice prices or something.

So sorry, looks like the correct answer for this morning was “pardon Pete Rose and try to strongarm the MLB Hall of Fame into inducting him”. I’m sure that will change by lunch though.

Jesus. Rose is dead and did 6 months at “Camp Fed” minimum security in 1990 for tax evasion related to horse-racing winnings, and memorabilia/autograph sales. There’s somebody that needed a pardon. 😑

Meanwhile we’re blowing up the entire Post-WW2 order, making the world much more dangerous, and destroying America’s standing in the world in favor of powers that are (for now) much more autocratic.

        Yay baseball!

The tariffs are due to start on Canadian goods in a couple days. I expect Trudeau is going to face the same kind of tantrum.

The only gratitude that should be shown is from Putin for receiving the sloppiest of all blowjobs from Vance and Trump.
